Who we are
This website, grexdev.com, is operated by Grex Dynamics, Inc., a Florida corporation (“Grex,” “we,” “us”). Questions about this policy: contact@grexdev.com.
What we collect
Project inquiries. When you submit the project form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, company, phone if provided, and details about your project. We use it only to respond to you and evaluate the project. It is stored in our project management system and is not sold or shared for marketing.
Email. If you write to us, we receive what you send and use it to respond.
Analytics, with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes this data on our behalf, with IP anonymization enabled. We do not use it for advertising.
Nothing else. No accounts, no payment information, no advertising trackers, and no sale of personal information.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics cookies load only if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, they do not load. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Details are in our cookie policy.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as our hosting, email and analytics providers, under their own privacy and security terms, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
Inquiries and correspondence are kept as ordinary business records for as long as they are needed. Analytics data follows Google Analytics’ retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing, which we do not do. To make a request, email contact@grexdev.com. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law allows, and we will not treat you differently for making it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If what this site collects changes, this page changes first, with a new effective date.
