The situation

An owner held a previously approved apartment project that had not reached vertical construction. Approvals, permits and the plan set all needed to be brought current before the building could be permitted.

What Grex is running

Every existing document reviewed and each finding labeled verified, preliminary or unresolved. The plan set checked for completeness and the professional seals the building requires, the resubmittal to current code, and the permits that gate earthwork and the building, each tracked to the agency that controls it.
